MSc

Paul specialises in the development of sustainable buildings. With over 30 years' experience in the field, he has been with Webb Yates Engineers for over six years creating award winning sustainable engineering solutions. He has extensive experience in the development of low carbon engineering facilities, including site wide energy systems for large scale residential properties, as well as refurbishments. Paul also has a background in the development of retrofit fabric and energy improvement projects reducing building consumption by up to 70% within existing buildings.

Paul is passionate about developing sustainable and innovative services solutions for the built environment.
Through his sustainability strategies and designs he has achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' ratings for a number of extensions and refurbishments projects, as well as a rating of 'Outstanding' for new build projects. He recently completed an energy strategy for a central town development involving one of the largest energy networks in Europe.

He shares his knowledge of sustainable design by lecturing at a number of Universities, including London Metropolitan, Royal College of Arts and Kingston University.
