Erdington Bath Refurbishment has been granted planning permission

We are thrilled to announce that Erdington Bath Refurbishment has been granted planning permission.

The baths building, which is almost 100 years old and 1,549 square metres in size, has been empty since 2014 when it closed. The derelict Birmingham swimming baths is now set to be transformed into an enterprise hub with workspace, creative studios, cafe, crèche, play space and a community garden.

Working with architecture practice Intervention Architecture, our Birmingham team will be supporting the scheme with structural and civil engineering services for the transformation of the disused Erdington Baths in Mason Road into a ‘multi-purpose creative enterprise space’.
