Located in Mayfair, 20-22 Berkeley Square is a new Grade A office refurbishment targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating.

Designed back in the 1930s, this nine-storey office block is undergoing a significant update so it can better meet the demands of today’s market.

The major refurbishment, extension and repurposing scheme with Barr Gazetas for our client Astrea Asset Management, will see the retrofit of 22,000 sq ft of workspace, a remodelled art-deco reception mirroring the building’s original style, new restaurant/retail space, as well as private and communal roof terraces overlooking the square.
