We are delighted to announce two of our projects led by our Birmingham team are RIBA West Midlands Awards 2019 winners.

Squirrel Works, a grade II listed former silver factory converted into a mixed use development within Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, won an RIBA West Midlands Regional Award 2019 and an RIBA West Midlands Conservation award. The judges stated the design approach was ‘exemplar for projects of this nature in both conservation and imaginative re-purposing’.

Ghost House, a new build, minimalist family home constructed entirely of in-situ concrete exposed on all internal and external walls, won an RIBA West Midlands Regional Award and has been longlisted for RIBA’s House of the Year. The project required the careful fusion of architecture and engineering to realise the creative and ambitious vision of the client and design team.
