Features: Mann Island

Mann Island, which we worked on with Broadway Malyan, is featured on Dezeen and Archdaily.

The Mann Island project consists of two blocks of residential units reaching up to 14 storeys high with retail space at ground floor level. The blocks are of an angular form, designed to appear as solid masses hovering above the ground with the retail units as lightweight, transparent spaces. To enhance this effect, the residential superstructures cantilever out beyond the retail areas by up to 16m.
